IT Support Engineer

Server Administration:

Creative Carve Pvt Ltd, requiring a highly qualified and experienced IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic workforce. The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, which mainly covers servers, networks, and hardware with technical support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activating Directory Management
• Group Policy configuration and management
• Server Management.

Network Management:

• VLAN Configuration and Management
• Installation and maintenance of the switches and access points.

NAS (Network Attached Storage):

• Configuration management and backup

Printer & EPABX (Optional):**

• Installation and troubleshooting of Network Printer
• Availability and configuration of the EPABX system

CCTV Management:

• CCTV installations and troubleshooting

VPN Management:

• VPN implementation and administration

Hardware Troubleshooting:

• Diagnostics of problems in laptops and desktops hardware, its maintenance.

Antivirus Management:

• Centralized installation and management of antivirus software

Key Competencies and Requirements:

• Experiences proved in IT support or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, and hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Effective Communication and teamwork skills.
• Added advantage: relevant certifications like CCNA or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
