Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Surveillance, IT & Networking Company: CraftWeb Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: Pan India Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Technical Support/Field Service (Surveillance/IT/Networking) Job Type: Full-Time | On-site & Field Support Key Responsibilities: Installation & configuration of: CCTV/IP Cameras, DVR/NVR systems Biometric Devices & Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Panels, Smoke Detectors Basic server & workstation setup Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware/software/networking). Perform site visits for AMC, system check-ups, repairs, and upgrades. Network setup: switches, routers, LAN/WAN configuration, cable management. Maintain service documentation and generate service reports. Train end-users and provide on-site technical handover. Required Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of surveillance system setup and troubleshooting. Good understanding of hardware (PC, biometric, routers, etc.). Networking basics: IP configuration, routing, network security. Windows OS, Remote Access Tools, and basic server knowledge. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites. Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc in IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field. 3–5 years of technical field support experience required. Salary: ₹[As per Experience] + Travel Allowance Additional Requirements for Both Roles: Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory for field visits) Willingness to travel to client sites Good documentation & reporting habits Commitment to quality service and client satisfaction
