IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, assist users, and contribute to the stability and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems like Active Directory and Office 365.
• Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity stability.
• Assist with data backup, recovery, and system security management.
• Log all incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with vendors and higher-level IT teams for escalated issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support the setup of new systems and ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or desktop/network support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and basic understanding of Linux/Mac OS.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and antivirus solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
