Role Description

The Information Technology Support Analyst role is a full-time on-site position based in Udyog Vihar (Opposite Cyber Hub). The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems and equipment. The role involves working closely with team members to provide high-quality IT services and solutions. This role requires working during Australian Time Zone hours - from 8.30am to 6pm Sydney Time (GMT +10)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
  • Monitor and maintain system security, ensuring data protection and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement IT projects and upgrades effectively.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for reference purposes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and IT trends, recommending improvements to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Level 1/2 IT support role.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
