IT Support Analyst

You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to the team, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and delivering excellent customer service to end-users. - Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person - Address hardware, software, and network-related issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment - Diagnose and resolve technical problems using problem-solving skills and IT knowledge - Create, modify, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights - Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions - Assist in applying software updates, security patches, and system upgrades - Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist users with connectivity-related issues Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role - Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various operating systems - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with remote support tools - Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation of technical interactions - Ability to adapt to changing technological environments and learn new tools and techniques - Willingness to collaborate with other IT team members Preferred Certifications: - CompTIA A+ - Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Please note, the job types available are full-time and permanent.
