IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our team, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and delivering excellent customer service to end-users. You will be expected to provide timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email, or in person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical problems, using problem-solving skills and IT knowledge. You will create, modify, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights, and maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions in the IT ticketing system. Assisting in applying software updates, security patches, and system upgrades, troubleshooting network connectivity problems, and assisting users with connectivity-related issues will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on various operating systems, excellent customer service and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with remote support tools are required. Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
