We are a leading Domestic IT Staffing company, specializing in providing tailored workforce solutions, including C2H , bulk hiring, HTD, RPO , and exclusive staffing requirements.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to join our team as Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Domestic IT Staffing, with strong connects & relationships in the industry and the ability to bring in big clients / product-based companies / high-volume hiring assignments . This role requires a visionary leader who can drive business growth, secure key accounts, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients, with a focus on product-based companies and large enterprises.
Identify and secure bulk hiring, HTD, RPO, and exclusive staffing assignments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Proven experience as in Sales in Domestic IT Staffing.
Strong network and relationships with product-based companies and large enterprises.
Demonstrated success in securing bulk hiring, HTD, RPO, and exclusive staffing requirements.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
