Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s entire IT ecosystem, including hardware, networking, cloud servers, mobile device systems, and IT security. The role requires expertise in handling Windows, Apple (macOS/iOS), and Android environments, ensuring smooth functioning of all technology resources across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Software Management

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops (Windows & Mac), printers, and other IT hardware.

Manage and troubleshoot operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Oversee mobile device management (MDM) and application updates across company devices.

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Networking & Internet

Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.

Ensure seamless internet access and resolve connectivity issues promptly.

Optimize network performance and security.

IT Security

Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus, and security measures across all devices.

Manage system access, authentication, and user permissions.

Oversee data backups, recovery systems, and disaster preparedness.

Protect endpoints including laptops, iOS, and Android devices from cyber threats.

Cloud & Server Management

Administer and monitor cloud servers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

Manage data storage, synchronization, and uptime performance.

Ensure secure integration of cloud services with daily business operations.

Support & Training

Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android users.

Train staff on IT systems, device usage, and cybersecurity best practices.

Document IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in IT administration, networking, and IT security.

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.

Experience with networking technologies, firewalls, and VPN solutions.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

CCNA / CCNP (Networking)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / AWS Certified Solutions Architect

CompTIA Security+

Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) / Android Enterprise Certification
