Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Software Asset Management Sr. 1 to join our team in Bengaluru, with 6-8 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Creates integrations, focusing on SaaS tools for both IT and LOB software, including pre-built integrations and customized APIs. Actively seeks process improvement opportunities with a focus on automation for the SAM and VM teams. Completes quality assurance reviews of SAMPro, HAM, and other ServiceNow-related stories. May act as an IT Vendor Manager for the purposes of the ServiceNow relationship and works with other third-party vendors when working on integrations. Develops moderate HAM or ITAM workloads as appropriate. Provides support to other (hardware, cloud) Asset Management staff within ServiceNow. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related business concentration preferred. ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; additional developer certifications will be considered, including Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SAM. Good understanding of software licensing and compliance is required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. High degree of professionalism is expected. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Experience with QA is preferred. IT Asset Management or IT Procurement experience is helpful. Any experience with ITAM or HAM beyond SAM is preferred. Related experience is preferable in a large-scale technology environment. Self-starter capability is required. Ability to build partnerships outside of tactical teams is beneficial. ServiceNow acumen is required.
