IT Software Asset Management Sr. 1

You are the IT Software Asset Management Sr 1. at RSM, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of RSM's SAMPro framework. Your role includes creating integrations, conducting quality assurance reviews, configuring SAMPro features, and collaborating with analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders. You will also provide support to other Asset Management staff within ServiceNow, focusing on SaaS tool integrations and process automation for the SAM and VM teams. Your contributions will drive change to accelerate SAMPro adoption firmwide. As the IT Software Asset Management Sr 1., you will be involved in completing quality assurance reviews of SAMPro, HAM, and other ServiceNow-related stories. Additionally, you may function as an IT Vendor Manager for the ServiceNow relationship and work with third-party vendors for integrations. You will also act as a developer for moderate HAM or ITAM workloads as needed, while continuously seeking process improvement opportunities. To qualify for this role, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related business concentration is preferred. Possessing a ServiceNow CSA certification, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SAM would be advantageous. Strong technical skills in software licensing and compliance, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with 6-8 years of SAMPro experience, are required. Experience in IT Asset Management or IT Procurement is beneficial, especially in a large-scale technology environment.
