IT Software Asset Management Sr. 1

You are the IT Software Asset Management Sr 1. at RSM, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of RSM's SAMPro framework. Your role includes creating integrations, conducting quality assurance reviews, configuring SAMPro features, and collaborating with analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders. You will also provide support to other Asset Management staff within ServiceNow, focusing on SaaS tool integrations and process automation for the SAM and VM teams. Your contributions will drive change to accelerate SAMPro adoption firmwide. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of RSM's SAMPro framework - Create integrations and configure SAMPro features - Conduct quality assurance reviews - Collaborate with analysts, developers, and IT stakeholders - Provide support to Asset Management staff within ServiceNow - Focus on SaaS tool integrations and process automation for SAM and VM teams - Drive change to accelerate SAMPro adoption firmwide Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related business concentration preferred - Possess ServiceNow CSA certification, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SAM (advantageous) - Strong technical skills in software licensing and compliance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - 6-8 years of SAMPro experience required - Experience in IT Asset Management or IT Procurement beneficial, especially in a large-scale technology environment At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package, along with flexibility in your schedule to balance work and personal life.
