Job Description

ParentPay Group is looking for IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist customers.
Analyze and report on customer feedback and service performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of technical support principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
