Job Description

  1. Requirement Gathering from different business teams
  2. Planning and monitoring
  3. Eliciting requirements
  4. Translating and simplifying requirements
  5. Requirement analysis, management, and communication
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  7. Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
  8. Create test cases for new CR or enhancements
  9. BRD Creation and BRD Sign Off from Business
  10. Experience in General Insurance domain mandatory
  11. Work closely with development team (Internal/Vendors) during the development to check if the development is in line with the BRD
  12. Work closely with QA team to ensure that all Business-critical test cases are executed and track the status of execution
  13. Facilitate UAT of delivered project in close coordination with all business stakeholders involved in the project
  14. Should have General insurance background preferably in Policy servicing.
  15. Seek out ways to improve processes & systems
  16. Communication skills effective verbal and written communication
  17. Awareness of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  18. Analysis of production issues/QC fail items and proactively getting the same addressed on timely basis and provide RCA in case of any gaps/Miss outs from QA team
  19. Tracking of project along with maintenance of annexure/evidence related to the requirements for internal/external audits
  20. Understanding of API and integrations
  21. Handling of project end to end
  22. Review/ Updates publishing and review on regular basis
