Job Description

You are a highly experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with proficiency in the French language. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in French-speaking regions, ensuring effective communication and meeting their needs efficiently. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, aligning service strategies with production goals, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. With over 10 years of experience, including at least 8 years in IT Outsourcing and Services, you bring a solid understanding of IT service delivery processes. Your fluency in French, along with excellent communication skills in English, enables you to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams. Possessing a B2 Certification or above is preferred, and having a good understanding of technology in Systems is advantageous. Your expertise in IT Services Management includes ensuring services and support processes align with customer needs, maintaining efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You excel in managing customer relationships, addressing service-related issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Additionally, you are proficient in incident recovery, problem management, resource allocation, and SLA management. As a team manager, you focus on motivating individuals, building teamwork, and developing the technical and personal skills of team members. You strive for employee retention, motivation, and training, while also grooming individuals for career progression within set timelines. Your personal management skills demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continual improvement. You actively contribute to the account's development and recommend process enhancements. Additionally, you participate in governance meetings, QA coordination, and monthly reviews, ensuring effective communication with outside contacts and vendors. Your educational background includes a minimum qualification of an Engineer or MBA, with desired certifications such as MCSE/CCNP or equivalent technical certifications. Fluent in both written and spoken French, your excellent communication skills enhance your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
