IT Sales Representative

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their IT infrastructure requirements.
• Conduct product demos showcasing features related to computer networking, AWS, VMware, Linux, Azure, and other cloud solutions.
• Engage in pre-sales activities by analyzing client needs and proposing suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Assist in project management tasks related to client onboarding and implementation of IT solutions.
• Provide technical guidance during sales negotiations, ensuring client requirements are met effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
• Support post-sales customer success initiatives by ensuring smooth deployment and integration of products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking, AWS, VMware, Azure, Linux, and related cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell).
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and designing appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations.
• Project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Relevant certifications or hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), or Linux environments are highly desirable. Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
