IT Sales Lead & Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for

    Cloud, Hosting, SaaS, and Software Licensing solutions

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Expand market presence for

    Microsoft 365, Zoho, Google Workspace

    , and hosting solutions

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of IT Sales Executives and Account Managers
  • Define KPIs, sales targets, and incentive plans
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and sales coaching

Business Development & Channel Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities in SMB, Enterprise, and Reseller segments
  • Build and manage

    channel partners, resellers, and corporate clients

  • Generate new leads through outbound, inbound, and partner-driven sales

Client Engagement & Deal Closure

  • Handle high-value sales negotiations and enterprise deals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and subscription-based pricing models
  • Convert trials, demos, and POCs into long-term paid subscriptions

CRM, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Manage CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Track leads, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management dashboards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    technical, cloud support, onboarding, and marketing teams

  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales engagement
  • Share customer feedback for product and service improvements

  • Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Licensing

  • Zoho Workplace, Zoho One, Zoho CRM

  • Domain, SSL, and Web Hosting Services

Required Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of

    Cloud, SaaS, and subscription-based IT products

  • Proven experience in selling

    Microsoft 365, Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar SaaS products

  • Expertise in consultative selling, solution selling, and enterprise sales
  • Strong negotiation, proposal, and deal-closing skills

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven ability to lead and scale IT sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of IT / SaaS sales experience
  • Minimum 2+ years in a Sales Lead / Manager role

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in

    Hosting, Cloud Service Provider, ISP, or SaaS company

  • Experience selling to

    UK, US, Middle East, or APAC markets

  • Knowledge of licensing, renewals, upselling, and subscription lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital lead generation, Apollo, Lusha etc.
