Job Description

Role & responsibilities

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Cycle Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment business with a strong focus on driving B2B sales, building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals for technology staffing requirements. Develop strategic partnerships, get the company registered with prospective client companies as a preferred vendor/business partner, manage accounts, and achieve revenue targets.

1. Lead Generation:

  • Strategically identify and engage with potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

2. Client Engagement:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored IT staff augmentation solutions.

3. Preferred vendor registrations

  • Strategically identify and engage with potential clients to get our company registered as a preferred vendor/business partner with them.
  • Regularly follow up with these clients to identify their staffing requirements and address them with our unique, tailored solutions, and close the deals.

4. Deal Closure:

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.

5. Reporting & Strategy:

  • Regularly report on lead generation metrics, sales progress, and market feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
