Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle of recruiting to meet the staffing needs of the company. Duties include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical and IT positions. The role encompasses the use of various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• 2+ years of hands on experience in IT recruitment
• Strong skills in Recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
