About the Role:

Ziraya Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled IT Recruiter to join our team at our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, experience in hiring IT professionals, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Work on diverse IT profiles such as Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Network Administrators, QA Testers, and other technical roles.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within set timelines.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and strengthen the company’s talent network.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech / BCA or equivalent technical field (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (preferably in an agency or consulting setup).
• Good understanding of technical skills, job roles, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
