Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet the organization's growing staffing needs. You will work closely with project managers and department heads to understand talent requirements and ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions (Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, etc.).

Understand client or internal requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.

Source candidates through various platforms — LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, and social media.

Screen candidates via calls, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate suitability.

2. Interview Coordinatio

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct HR screening rounds and salary discussions.

Maintain smooth communication between candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

3. Documentation & Onboarding:

Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.

Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.

Provide regular hiring updates to management and HR leadership.

Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably with a staffing firm or IT company).

Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies (Java, .NET, Angular, Cloud, etc.).

Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.

Experience hiring for multiple technologies or domains (e.g., software development, data analytics, DevOps).

Exposure to both permanent and contractual staffing.
