-Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & leadership roles across multiple clients
-Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, Referrals, etc.)
-Interact directly with clients, understand mandates, and deliver within deadlines
-Manage junior recruiters (for manager role) and drive performance-based hiring
-Work with energy, ownership, and urgency every closure matters!
-2-5 years experience in agency / consulting / staffing / RPO hiring (IT or multi-domain)
-Excellent sourcing and communication skills
-High energy, target-driven, and motivated by performance incentives
-Ability to multitask across clients and handle pressure with a smile
