Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT and Product roles (Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, etc.).
Collaborate with hiring managers to
understand job requirements
, technical skillsets, and team needs.
Source potential candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and
schedule interviews
with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a strong
candidate pipeline
for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and manage
offer negotiations and onboarding
for selected candidates.
Ensure a seamless and professional
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
35 years of experience
in IT recruitment (preferably with exposure to
product-based hiring
).
Strong understanding of
technology stacks
and current trends in IT hiring.
Experience in using
ATS systems
and recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment
.
