Job Title: IT Recruiter (Domestic)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes and have a solid understanding of various IT technologies and roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases.
• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of suitable candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain high candidate engagement.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports and metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Testing, DevOps, etc.
• Familiar with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with staffing/recruitment agencies.
• Prior experience handling contract and permanent positions.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,919.87 - ₹20,000.00 per month
