About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our organization’s growing needs. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements for IT and technical positions.
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
-Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified candidates.
-Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
-Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technical roles.
-Represent the company professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
