IT Recruiter

As an IT technical recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle. Your main focus will be to foster and strengthen relationships with prospective candidates specializing in IT job profiles to efficiently fill vacant roles for our clients. You will be required to implement IT headhunting strategies in line with the latest industry trends to excel as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which involves tasks such as sourcing, screening, and conducting initial interviews. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the IT talent hub, screening resumes, and maintaining the candidate database. Designing and implementing job descriptions, as well as engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms, will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably with a Recruitment Company. It is essential that you have experience in hiring for multiple levels and skillsets. Strong technical expertise is required to understand and effectively communicate job requirements within the IT sector. Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with a penchant for networking, are crucial for success. The ability to be self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is also key.
