IT Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting candidates who possess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit necessary for various IT roles within the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the specific requirements for each position. Your responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through a variety of channels such as online job boards, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals. You will create engaging job postings to capture the attention of potential candidates and actively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. In the screening and interviewing phase, you will review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates, conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. Your role will also involve evaluating candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment to ensure the best fit for the organization. During the offer negotiation and onboarding process, you will be responsible for negotiating job offers, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms with successful candidates. Additionally, you will provide support during the onboarding phase to help new hires integrate into the company culture and set them up for success.
