About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be passionate about talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening:


    Source candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
  • Client Coordination:


    Work closely with hiring managers or client POCs to understand job requirements, role expectations, and organizational fit. Manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Interview Management:


    Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and follow up with stakeholders for feedback. Ensure timely closures and efficient interview processes.
  • Pipeline Building:


    Maintain an active database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Build strong candidate relationships and provide a positive experience.
  • Reporting & Metrics:


    Maintain daily/weekly reports, trackers, and dashboards for recruitment performance and pipeline status.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency, consultancy, or RPO setup).
  • Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in RPO or onsite recruitment engagements.
  • Understanding of contractual hiring, volume hiring, or lateral hiring models.
  • Familiarity with HRMS or CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any stream (preferably in HR, IT, or Management). MBA in HR is a plus.
