IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and Non-IT positions.
Manage
bulk hiring
requirements across multiple roles and levels.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and close positions efficiently.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.5 – 2 years of experience in
IT recruitment
.
Hands-on experience in
bulk hiring
for IT and Non-IT roles.
Familiarity with IT technologies, skill sets, and job roles.
Strong experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
