We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Services and Digital Marketing Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in IT sales, digital marketing services, lead generation, and client acquisition.
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, and professional networking.
• Utilize outreach and automation tools such as Smartlead, PlusVibe, Clay, YAMM for targeted campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential segments and generate qualified leads.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client pain points and business needs to propose tailored IT and digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
3. Sales Cycle Support
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or management.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitch decks, and customized solutions.
• Support negotiation and deal-closing processes to ensure successful conversion.
4. Market Insights & Strategy
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to improve sales strategies and enhance lead conversion ratios.
5. CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales pipelines using HubSpot CRM.
• Use email verification and data enrichment tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, Gojiberry, Million Verifier to ensure data accuracy.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams including technical, marketing, and operations for smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure client expectations are met and satisfaction is maintained.
• Experience: 3-5 years in IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
• Lead Generation Expertise: Cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork communication.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SDLC, Trello, programming fundamentals, and OOP concepts.
• Tools Knowledge:
• Sales & Communication: Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Client Management: Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), spreadsheets.
• Soft Skills: Time management, problem-solving, team collaboration, and leadership qualities.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience with modern JS frameworks or tech-related discussions.
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud hosting platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Awareness of security protocols and performance optimization tools.
