For Permanent Hiring looking IT, Automotives, Embedded, Engineering, looking TL for C2H Experience as well as Permanent Experience Individually. Vacancy for Associate /Sr Associate / Consultant/ Sr Consultant Position in ORCAPOD! Work Remotely and Having good knowledge or experience in respective domains. Skills and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field. Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Candidate having good knowledge in Recruitment in IT Skills, Good Sourcing as well as Strong Experience in C2H or Permanent Hiring only. Eligibility for Interview: Mostly Experience should be in Consultancy Background. Technically Strong about Niche IT Skills. Experience 3 to 6 years in IT Recruitment. Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devop and many more. Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment. Good Communication Skills Must have Laptop & WIFI connection. Good Closure in C2H and Perm Hiring per month with maximum package. For TL: Team Handling upto 7 to 8 members Client Handling Knowledge about Niche IT skills (C2H or Permanent) Immediate Joiner Essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability are required. DETAILS: Office Timing will be 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off) Salary 14K to 24K (Incentives + Mob.
