About Department

The Human Resources department enables TresVista's people to catalyze our clients’ impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organization’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline


Overview

The Sr. Recruiter /Assistant Manager in the Talent Acquisition will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the hiring team and candidates for uninterrupted operations. Major responsibilities will include attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent in technical departments like Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Front end, etc.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the department requirements, executing, and creating a recruitment plan
  • Reviewing, updating, and posting job opportunities on job portals
  • Screening and sourcing potential candidates through portals to fulfil staffing needs specifically for the technical departments like Data Intelligence
  • Receiving and reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screening calls
  • Maintaining candidate database, reaching out to them, and closing the requirements within hiring timelines
  • Managing assessments and coordinating for interviews
  • Developing creative ways to attract the right talent by sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online portals
  • Assisting in execution for data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel


Prerequisites:


  • Elementary knowledge in at least one of the Programming languages (i.e., Python, Java), Databases, Cloud and AI/ML
  • Strong understanding of the Data Analytics landscape, including the skills and competencies required for different roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms, tools, and techniques to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and evolving recruitment trends in the Data Analytics industry
  • Experience in hiring technology professionals, preferably in the field of data and analytics/Artificial Intelligence/Software Engineering


Experience

1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in HR (Talent Acquisition/Recruitment preferred)


Education

Graduate in any discip]line/Technical specialization preferred
