Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT requirements (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Understand client requirements and source relevant profiles through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database for effective talent pipeline management.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates to enhance the employer brand.
6 months – 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques on portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and terminologies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure.
Good MS Office/Excel skills for reporting and tracking.
