Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective job specifications.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies across platforms LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, social media, and industry events.
Screen candidates through resume evaluation, phone interviews, and technical assessments.
Conduct structured interviews, including behavioral and technical formats.
Facilitate interview coordination, candidate communication, and scheduling logistics.
Manage offer negotiations including salary and benefits, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Solid understanding of IT job roles, skills, and terminology.
Proficiency with ATS or recruitment databases and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
