Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies and domains. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements for IT roles and create effective sourcing strategies. Use job portals like Naukri, Found it (Monster), LinkedIn, Indeed , and internal databases to source candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical rounds. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Maintain candidate records and update status regularly in the ATS or Excel sheets. Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels or clients. Follow up with candidates till onboarding and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Stay updated with industry trends, technology roles, and hiring practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with strong communication may also apply). Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines. Familiarity with different IT technologies and roles is a plus. Preferred Tools: Naukri.com, Foundit (Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets Any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
