𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to hire.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

➢ Manage the recruitment process for 𝗜𝗧 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, including requisition intake, job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening

➢ Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals

➢ Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure seamless communication and high-quality candidate experience

➢ Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to share best practices and contribute to the development of recruitment processes and

procedures

➢ Meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
