Job Description

Role overview:

We are hiring for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle, excellent sourcing abilities and hands-on experience in fulfilling C2H positions for various IT roles.

Key responsibilities:

Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for IT roles. (C2H-Contract to Hire).
Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),,
Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up throughout the process.
Negotiate compensation,notice period for C2H requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience along with timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
1-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards.
Good understanding of IT technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Eager to learn and grow.
