IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical hiring needs. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to identify, attract, and onboard top tech talent. Candidates eager to learn and contribute to broader HR operations will have an added advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified IT professionals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the HR team for joining formalities and documentation.
• Support HR operational tasks such as employee onboarding, engagement activities, and policy implementation (as and when required).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in broader HR functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,219.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
