Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven track record in successfully closing AI-related technical job openings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI/Tech recruitment landscape and the technical skill sets required for various roles in AI, Machine Learning, and related fields. This role will involve managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Experience 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on AI-related positions. Education MBA (HR) or equivalent Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for AI-related technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and referrals, with a focus on AI and machine learning domains Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements for AI-related positions and develop tailored recruitment strategies Assess candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit through resume screening and in-depth interviews Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future AI roles Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and terminologies to effectively evaluate candidates Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness, to continuously improve recruitment processes Assist with salary negotiations and provide candidates with a smooth onboarding experience Required Skills and Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically in AI and related fields Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and the relevant technical terminologies Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job posting platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders Proven ability to assess technical competencies and evaluate cultural fit
