IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at our company located in Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project teams and ensuring the timely completion of various IT projects. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) and effectively coordinate the allocation of resources across different project divisions to meet project objectives. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with project budgets and other specified requirements, as well as to provide clear instructions for end-users and participate in product testing. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout all project phases and efficiently close out projects. To excel in this position, you must be capable of delivering thoroughly documented, tested, functional products within set delivery schedules and budget constraints. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong analytical skills along with a positive attitude towards project management. Responsibilities: - Collaborate in the establishment of a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects. - Communicate with stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, and end-users, to gather project requirements. - Define and initiate projects, implement document control policies, and maintain project documentation. - Stay informed about the progress of assigned projects and evaluate the quality of project deliverables. - Monitor project advancement, make necessary adjustments, and manage expenditures within the specified budget. - Ensure adherence to project objectives, organizational policies, and industry standards. - Generate project reports, escalate issues to management, and uphold best practices, SOPs, and PMO policies.
