IT Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Delivery Manager to ensure the timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery of projects and services. In this role, you will act as a facilitator, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communication to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project/Service Delivery Management:
• Assist in the planning and execution of small to medium-sized delivery initiatives.
• Work with teams to define project scope, set realistic timelines, and identify necessary resources.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
• Risk and Impediment Management:
• Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks (impediments) to delivery and develop mitigation plans.
• Act swiftly to remove blockers for the team, enabling them to maintain focus and velocity.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Team Coordination and Facilitation:
• Facilitate efficient communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (e.g., Tech, Operations, QA, Business).
• If using Agile methodologies, conduct and facilitate key ceremonies like Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance team environment.
• Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, progress, and dependencies.
• Track and report on key delivery metrics and KPIs (e.g., delivery velocity, on-time rate).
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously analyze current delivery processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Suggest and implement small-scale process changes to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a delivery-focused role (e.g., Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Junior Delivery Manager).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Good understanding of Agile and basic project management principles.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
