IT Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager who can lead projects efficiently, communicate effectively with international clients, and ensure smooth delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Handle and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA for seamless project execution.
• Plan project timelines, track progress, and manage risks or issues proactively.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps to track tasks, deliverables, and progress.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.

REQUIRES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or service-based companies.
• Proven experience in international client communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for task and workflow management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

NICE TO HAVE

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Basic technical understanding of software development processes.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
