Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Project Manager located in Ghazipur. The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of IT-related projects, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and timelines. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, communicating progress to stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The selected candidate will also identify and resolve technical challenges while adhering to quality standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Planning and Program Management to effectively coordinate and execute IT projects
• Proficient in Information Technology to address technical requirements and oversee technology integration
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
