IT Product Manager

Job Description

Location: Coimbatore, India Job overview: We are looking for a IT Product Manager to join our growing team at our Coimbatore office. As an IT Product Manager, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders).- Gather, prioritize, and translate customer and product requirements into actionable tasks.- Manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.- Lead agile ceremonies, prioritize features, and oversee testing, deployment, and support. Requirements: - Bachelor's in CS, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).- 3–7+ years in product management, ideally in IT/software.- Solid understanding of IT architecture and security.- Proficient in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).- Product certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe PM/PO, etc.) is a plus.
