Sales & Marketing Associate

You will be joining our team at the Coimbatore office as a Sales & Marketing Associate. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and attracting new customers. Exceptional performance may lead to the opportunity to transition to our Singapore headquarters, providing exposure to an international work environment and potential career advancement. Your duties will include assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase lead generation, collaborating with the design team to produce engaging marketing materials, establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to inform decision-making. To be considered for this position, you must hold an MBA in Marketing and possess at least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing (internships will be considered a plus). Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is essential, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
