IT Product Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Account Ownership

• Act as the

  primary account owner

  for enterprise clients using ExpenseAnywhere solutions across the globe.
• Build trusted relationships with finance, procurement, travel, and IT leadership teams within client organizations.
• Lead

  account planning, governance, and executive business reviews

Product Expertise & Solution Delivery

• Become a subject-matter expert on the

  ExpenseAnywhere suite

  ExpenseAnywhere, InvoiceAnywhere®, and Card program integrations.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and global rollouts for multi-region clients.
• Conduct product demos, workflow training, and best-practice workshops.

Retention, Upsell & Revenue Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand usage of our T&E, Invoice Automation, and FinTech payment modules.
• Drive contract renewals, pricing discussions, and cross-product adoption to achieve account growth targets.
• Support pre-sales engagements with solutioning, documentation, and client presentations.

Operational & Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams—Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Support—for timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with clients on integrations such as ERP, HRMS, corporate cards, GST/tax engines, travel systems, and banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with global audit, travel policy, and finance controls.

Global Market Alignment

• Manage accounts across
