Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our brand promotion initiatives across the USA and India. This role requires a cross-cultural marketing expert who can plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the company's growth objectives in both markets. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and implement effective brand promotion strategies tailored to the cultural and consumer preferences in the USA and India. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to build brand awareness and generate leads. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, understand trends, and track competitor activities in both regions. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital team to optimize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media outreach. Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with media, influencers, and brand ambassadors; manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation. Event Marketing: Oversee trade shows, brand activations, and promotional events in key locations. Performance Metrics: Track KPIs and ROI of marketing initiatives and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative teams across time zones. Qualifications: Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles; experience in both Indian and U.S. markets is a must. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proven ability to work cross-culturally and manage remote teams or agencies.
