The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, cloud-based applications, and digital financial solutions. This role involves leading product strategy, development, and execution to align with business goals, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for AP Automation and cloud-based financial solutions.Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align product development with market needs.Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless product implementation.Balance business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.Navigate the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) efficiently, mitigating risks proactively.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection standards, and security best practices.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to drive product decisions.Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.Prepare and deliver compelling product demos, reports, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsBachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.12–15 years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT, or SaaS-based Financial Process Solutions.Strong knowledge of financial process automation, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.Expertise in API integrations, payment gateways, and digital transactions.Proven ability to work in agile environments and lead cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, ERP integrations, and cloud-based applications.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in travel and expense management software.Familiarity with AI/ML-driven financial automation.Knowledge of blockchain or digital payment innovations.Priyanka TiwariGlobal HR ManagerE : Priyanka.tiwari@expenseanywhere.comW: https://www.expenseanywhere.com
