Retail Product Manager Self-Checkout & Mobile POS

Retail Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate the long-term vision and roadmap for Self-Checkout and Mobile Checkout products.
Stay ahead of retail technology trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify new opportunities.

Execution & Delivery

Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable checkout experiences.
Manage product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-value features.

Customer Experience

Understand customer pain points in the checkout journey and translate them into intuitive solutions.
Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to improve product performance and adoption.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with business, operations, store associates, and technology partners to align product goals with enterprise priorities.
Influence senior stakeholders and present roadmap progress, metrics, and outcomes effectively.

Operational & Business Impact

Drive measurable outcomes such as increased transaction throughput, reduced wait times, and improved customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with security, loss-prevention, and regulatory standards.
