SECCOM has 8 offices across currently, is growing rapidly and is looking to create and grow the Finance and Accounting function with a high calibre professional for the procurement function. Job Responsibilities: Performing all routine procurement activity. Building deep relationships with the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), distributors and maintaining updated information on key contacts. Build good ecosystem of sub-contract vendors and maintain updated information on their performance against time, quality and price. Maintain indicative pricing for various types of transactions for the sales, technical teams to respond quickly to customer requests. Effectively negotiate for best prices, terms and provide quick and accurate information for customer quotes. Effectively negotiate for additional margins, credit terms post securing customer purchase orders. Manage all documentation requirements for OEM, vendor empanelment. Work seamlessly with the accounting team for pricing approvals and vendor payments. Work seamlessly with the logistics team for proper assessment of inventory status and delivery. Maintain high quality data and updated systems and proactively provide accurate, timely reports for informed management decision making Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong procurement and negotiation skills Strong understanding of OEMs and their ordering tools Process orientation and diligent execution Experience in logistics and execution Desirable Knowledge and Skills: Engineering background Work Environment: SECCOM offers a transparent, open work culture based on trust and respect. Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday except the second and fourth Saturday of every month.
