IT Operations Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Lead having strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, device management, network security, and enterprise support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Intune and Jamf for device onboarding, compliance, and configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve VPN configuration issues and general network security concerns
• Provide hands-on support for Azure cloud infrastructure, including VM management, access control, and resource monitoring
• Oversee software license allocation, renewal, and compliance across the organization
• Manage day-to-day IT operations including hardware, software, network, and system-level issues
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance to ensure reliability and security
• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure including laptops, endpoints, servers, and network devices
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps
• Coordinate with global teams and provide timely incident resolution
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security alerts, escalating as required
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective
• Assist leadership with planning and implementing IT infrastructure strategies
• Maintain adherence to IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration, IT Operations, or IT Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Intune and/or Jamf MDM solutions
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Solid understanding of VPNs, networking fundamentals, and security protocols
• Experience managing licenses and enterprise IT assets
• Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in 247 support operations
